ERIKS are Europe’s leading industrial services partner, providing engineering knowledge and expertise around stand-alone products or services from a network of Core Competence and Local Service Centres.
Their products and services include bearings, seals, on-site solutions, gears and drives, power transmission, fluid power, electro mechanical services, gaskets, hose, tools and maintenance products and valves.
We were originally asked to work with ERIKS to upgrade their reception areas in order to improve the general visitor experience and bring the space into line with their European counterpart’s receptions.
After our initial site surveys areas we identified that would benefit from an overhaul were; flooring, ceilings, bespoke displays, furniture, seating, decoration, electrics and AV equipment.
Taking into account the client’s allotted budget, daily duties, and time expectations we then consulted with various partners to ascertain on budget quotes for the key areas we had identified.
While the work was taking place, we were also approached by the client to provide quotes and secure contractors for secondary work in their hallways, stairs, and logistics office, and to arrange remedial building repairs to interior brick columns as well as exterior brickwork repairs.
The client also required us to provide signage, large format graphics, POS and marketing print for over 100 locations.
After extensive design work and site surveys we arranged a workflow schedule that delivered results to the client’s satisfaction, meeting the clients budgetary and time demands.
We took into account the client’s day to day business duties and strategized the schedule of work to reflect this in order to ensure minimal disruption.
ERIKS were more than satisfied by the management of the workflow package Media Group delivered.
We liaised successfully to ensure all work was completed on time and in budget, and with no disruptions to the client’s daily business duties.
